Cobb-Vantress Philippines, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and highly capable Complex Manager - Poultry to join our leadership team in Tanay, Rizal. As a crucial part of our world-class poultry breeding operations, you will be directly accountable for leading and directing production teams across our high-performing Grandparent (GP) Farm. Your leadership will ensure we meet and exceed both our strategic business unit targets and critical production milestones.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, direct, and motivate production teams across the Grandparent (GP) Farm complex to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring strict compliance with international biosecurity protocols, animal welfare guidelines, and flock health programs.
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans to achieve or exceed production volume, hatchability, and genetic quality targets.
- Manage the complex's operational budget, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with veterinary, technical service, and supply chain teams to optimize flock performance and genetic potential.
- Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational workflows and farm technologies.
- Ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment for all staff, adhering to local environmental and labor regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive management experience in large-scale poultry production, preferably in Grandparent (GP) or Parent Stock (PS) farm operations.
- Strong expertise in modern poultry husbandry, hatchery management, biosecurity protocols, and flock health.
- Proven track record of leadership with the ability to manage, develop, and inspire diverse operational teams.
- Excellent analytical, budgeting, resource-allocation, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different business units.
- Willingness to reside in or commute to Tanay, Rizal, and work actively within a farm environment.
