In this full-time role, you will be the backbone of our compliance department. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that our daily operations align with internal policies and external regulatory standards. Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate records, assisting with data collection, and supporting the compliance team in their day-to-day activities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in monitoring daily operations to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain, organize, and update compliance documentation, files, and databases accurately.
- Prepare routine compliance reports, summaries, and presentations for management review.
- Conduct preliminary reviews of internal processes, contracts, and transactions.
- Liaise with various internal departments to gather and verify compliance data.
- Provide administrative support to the compliance team during internal and external audits.
- Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or compliance support role is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational and record-keeping skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- High ethical standards and a strong understanding of confidentiality principles.
