As a Compliance & Corporate Finance Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring our company adheres to all relevant financial regulations and industry standards while simultaneously driving our financial planning, reporting, and analysis initiatives. Your work will directly contribute to the company's financial health, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making processes.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in finance who is eager to expand their expertise into compliance management. You will collaborate with various departments to implement financial controls, monitor regulatory changes, and ensure our financial practices align with both local and international standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analysis for senior management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and industry standards
- Monitor and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise on compliance requirements
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed
- Assist in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate finance or compliance
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification in finance or compliance is a plus
