Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain document control systems to ensure accuracy, version control, and accessibility of all company records.
- Manage the end-to-end ISO certification process, ensuring all documentation aligns with ISO standards and requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and liaising with auditors.
- Oversee the renewal and maintenance of company licenses, permits, and regulatory certificates.
- Identify potential compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions to management.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff regarding compliance policies and documentation best practices.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on compliance status and documentation performance for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in documentation control, compliance, or quality assurance roles.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory compliance procedures.
- Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint).
- Exceptional analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain strict confidentiality.
