Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance strategies and policies tailored to the manufacturing sector.
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure adherence to local and international regulations.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations to ensure the company remains compliant.
- Manage risk assessment processes and recommend mitigation strategies to senior management.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance standards and ethical business practices.
- Prepare and submit accurate compliance reports to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
- Investigate potential compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or auditing within the manufacturing or financial industry.
- Strong understanding of local Indonesian regulations and international standards (e.g., ISO, SOX).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to train and influence staff.
- Professional certification such as CFE, CPA, or similar is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
