Dragonpay is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Generalist to join our growing team in Marikina City. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the guardian of our operational integrity, ensuring that all company activities align with local and international regulatory standards. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline compliance processes, mitigate risks, and foster a culture of adherence to policies. As part of our administration and office support division, you will be responsible for monitoring regulatory changes, conducting internal audits, and preparing comprehensive compliance reports. Your expertise will help us navigate complex compliance landscapes, ensuring smooth and lawful operations for our clients and partners.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and interpret local and international compliance regulations and updates.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with legal and operations teams to implement necessary compliance changes.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate compliance documentation, reports, and records.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of compliance training programs for staff.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance-related inquiries from internal stakeholders.
  • Identify potential compliance risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in compliance, auditing, or administrative support.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine financial regulations and corporate governance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant CRM or compliance software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
