Tanggung Jawab
- Support MAS regulatory compliance initiatives and monitor regulatory developments
- Implement and maintain robust AML/CTF compliance programs and procedures
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to MAS and other relevant authorities
- Develop and enhance governance frameworks and internal control mechanisms
- Review and maintain legal documentation, policies, and compliance manuals
- Conduct compliance training for staff and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compliance-related projects
- Ensure adherence to international regulatory standards and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of compliance or legal experience in financial services
- Strong understanding of MAS regulations and AML/CTF requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Professional certification in compliance (e.g., CAMS, CCEP) preferred
- Proficiency in regulatory reporting and documentation management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working with LFMC or financial institutions in Singapore
