Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs aligned with global policies and Indonesian regulations
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to identify compliance gaps and mitigation strategies
- Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory matters
- Monitor legislative changes and update compliance frameworks accordingly
- Deliver compliance training programs to enhance organizational awareness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve legal and compliance issues
- Manage compliance documentation and reporting for regional leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, legal affairs, or regulatory roles
- Deep understanding of Indonesian legal system and international compliance standards
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex regulations
- Certification in compliance management (e.g., CCEP) or legal practice
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to work independently in a multinational environment
