We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Compliance Officer to join Oneject. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the organization maintains the highest standards of integrity and adherence to legal requirements. As we operate within the manufacturing and logistics sectors, our commitment to global best practices is paramount.
The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation and maintenance of our ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery) and ISO 37301:2021 (Compliance Management Systems) frameworks. You will act as the primary guardian of our corporate governance, ensuring that all business activities align with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Your expertise will help mitigate risks, foster a culture of compliance, and support Oneject’s sustainable growth in a competitive market.
As a Compliance Officer, you will collaborate closely with senior management to develop robust policies and procedures that address emerging regulatory challenges. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor the effectiveness of the company's Compliance Management System (CMS) aligned with ISO 37301:2021 standards.
- Conduct regular compliance risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in internal processes and supply chains.
- Oversee the execution of ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery measures, ensuring zero tolerance for corruption and unethical behavior.
- Review and update company policies and procedures to reflect changes in local and international regulations.
- Investigate potential compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Provide training and workshops to employees across all departments regarding compliance, ethics, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure transparency and accurate reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Certification in ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery) and ISO 37301 (Compliance Management) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or legal advisory within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and international trade regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them to business operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train diverse teams.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
