Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Manage and maintain all company licenses, permits, and regulatory documentation
- Conduct regular audits to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions
- Develop and implement compliance procedures and training programs
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate updates to relevant departments
- Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with legal team to address compliance issues and concerns
- Establish and maintain compliance documentation and records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in compliance management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of local and national regulations affecting business operations
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and compliance management software
- Certification in compliance management is an advantage
