Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive compliance programs aligned with local and international regulations
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to identify compliance gaps and mitigation strategies
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes in healthcare, data privacy, and financial sectors
- Collaborate with legal and operational teams to ensure policy consistency across all departments
- Design and deliver compliance training programs for employees at all levels
- Prepare regulatory documentation and respond to inquiries from government bodies
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory agencies during inspections
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management
- Proficiency in Philippine regulatory frameworks (SEC, DOLE, DTI) and international standards
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex legal documents
- Certification in compliance management (e.g., CCEP, CRCM) is advantageous
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of developing scalable compliance processes
