Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements, ISO standards, and BSCI/WRAP certifications
- Conduct internal audits and compliance assessments across production facilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation and reporting systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions for non-compliance issues
- Stay updated on evolving regulations in manufacturing, labor, and environmental standards
- Train production and quality teams on compliance protocols and ethical practices
- Manage supplier compliance programs and ethical sourcing initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance or quality assurance within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of international standards (ISO 9001, BSCI, WRAP, Sedex)
- Proficiency in compliance documentation systems and audit methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Experience with compliance management software and MS Office Suite
