Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Olympic Furniture is seeking a detail‑oriented Compliance Staff to ensure our operations in Lamongan, Jawa Timur meet all relevant regulations, internal policies, and best practices. In this role you will be responsible for monitoring adherence to Indonesian laws, conducting internal audits, maintaining accurate documentation, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to embed a culture of compliance across our manufacturing and logistics processes, while supporting management with actionable insights and corrective actions.

Key focus areas include staying up‑to‑date with regulatory changes, preparing audit reports, facilitating training sessions, and ensuring that all statutory filings are completed accurately and on time. By championing compliance, you will help protect the company’s reputation, drive operational efficiency, and contribute to sustainable growth.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and enforce compliance with applicable Indonesian laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Plan, execute, and document internal audits and compliance reviews.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks; recommend corrective measures.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date compliance records and statutory documentation.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to resolve compliance gaps.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to management.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Track legislative changes and update internal procedures accordingly.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a compliance, audit, or regulatory role, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
  • Solid knowledge of Indonesian regulatory frameworks and reporting standards.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret regulations and assess risk.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication skills in Indonesian (written and spoken); English is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with compliance management software is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
