We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Staff to join the NOONA team in Taguig City. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a senior legal assistant, ensuring that our operations adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. We are looking for a professional with at least 3-4 years of experience as a legal assistant who can help mitigate risks and maintain the highest standards of compliance.

As a Compliance Staff, you will act as a bridge between our legal team and various departments. You will be responsible for reviewing contracts, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in audits to guarantee that NOONA operates within the legal framework. Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure full compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Assist the Senior Legal Officer in drafting legal correspondence, memorandums, and compliance reports.
  • Maintain and organize a central filing system for all legal documents, contracts, and regulatory filings.
  • Monitor changes in local laws and industry regulations to advise management on necessary adjustments.
  • Participate in internal and external audits by providing required documentation and clarifications.
  • Coordinate with various departments to identify potential compliance risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Manage the update of compliance training materials and track employee training completion rates.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years of professional experience as a Senior Legal Assistant or in a compliance role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, business regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail in reviewing complex legal text.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
