Singapore Gasco Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented intern to join our Legal & Compliance Division. This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in legal processes, compliance initiatives, and corporate governance within a fast-paced trading and energy company. You will work closely with our experienced legal and compliance team, contributing to real-world projects that have a direct impact on the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in reviewing, drafting, and managing a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents.
- Support the Compliance team in monitoring regulatory changes and updating internal policies accordingly.
- Conduct legal research on international trade laws, sanctions, and corporate governance best practices.
- Help maintain and organize the corporate legal database and compliance filing system.
- Participate in the preparation of compliance training materials and presentations for staff.
- Assist in the KYC (Know Your Customer) and due diligence processes for new and existing partners.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as required.
- Provide administrative support to the Legal & Compliance team as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Accountancy, or a related discipline.
- Strong academic record with a keen interest in legal and compliance matters.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Prior internship experience in a legal or compliance environment is a plus, but not required.
