This is a high-impact leadership role designed for a strategic thinker who can drive operational excellence within our contract lifecycle across the Asia-Pacific region.
In this pivotal position, you will take full ownership of the contract execution function. You will lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of contract professionals, setting clear performance standards and fostering a culture of collaboration, accuracy, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with global Legal, Procurement, Sales, and Finance teams to streamline processes, resolve complex contractual issues, and implement best-in-class Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) technologies. - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of contract professionals, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution, administration, and renewal.
- Develop and implement standardized contract management processes, policies, and best practices to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance) to ensure contract terms support business objectives and mitigate risks.
- Monitor contract performance metrics, generate strategic reports, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) technology and automation.
- Manage complex contract portfolios, ensuring all obligations are met and risks are proactively addressed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or Juris Doctor is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in contract management, commercial operations, or procurement, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of commercial contract law, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading teams, managing performance, and driving process improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience working across diverse cultures and time zones.
- Proficiency in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Willingness to be based in Cebu City, Philippines.
