Based in Mexico, Pampanga, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our composting operations, coordinating waste processing activities, and managing livestock operations specifically tied to compost production.
In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of waste materials through our processing facility while maintaining the highest standards of quality in our biological treatment processes. Your expertise will be vital in managing chemical inputs for optimal decomposition and nutrient recovery.
You will collaborate closely with our operational teams to implement best practices in organic waste management, monitor process performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily composting plant operations and ensure efficient workflow management
- Coordinate waste processing activities and material flow throughout the facility
- Manage livestock operations directly related to compost production processes
- Monitor and optimize chemical inputs for biological treatment effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of composting operations and process metrics
- Supervise and train staff on proper composting techniques and procedures
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement continuous improvement measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Biology, or related discipline
- Previous experience in waste management, composting, or agricultural operations
- Knowledge of composting processes, biological treatments, and chemical inputs
- Understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor industrial environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
