StaffRight is seeking a visionary Comptroller to oversee the financial operations of a distinguished nonprofit organization based in Manila. As the Comptroller, you will be the guardian of the organization's financial health, responsible for managing daily accounting operations, preparing accurate financial reports, and implementing strong internal controls.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations and accounting functions of the nonprofit organization.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and safeguard assets.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team to support organizational goals.
- Manage banking relationships and oversee cash flow management to ensure liquidity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a senior financial role, preferably within the nonprofit or healthcare sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine GAAP and regulatory compliance standards.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, internal controls, and general ledger management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ethical financial practices.
