Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of The Claymore luxury condominium, ensuring compliance with management policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage property staff including maintenance, security, and administrative teams through supervision, training, and performance evaluation
- Handle financial responsibilities including budget preparation, expense management, and financial reporting for property operations
- Coordinate vendor relationships and contract management for maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements
- Address resident inquiries, complaints, and service requests with prompt, professional resolution
- Implement community engagement initiatives and organize resident events to foster positive living environment
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards
- Prepare comprehensive reports for property owners and management board on operational status and financial performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field with professional certifications (e.g., CPM, RMA)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in property management, preferably in luxury residential or high-rise developments
- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven ability to supervise diverse staff
- Expert knowledge of Singapore property regulations, strata management laws, and compliance requirements
- Advanced financial acumen including budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting
