Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute the end-to-end financial consolidation process for group entities, specifically focusing on manufacturing operations.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial packages in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and group accounting policies.
- Analyze variance reports, cost accounting structures, and performance metrics across different business units.
- Coordinate with regional subsidiaries to resolve intercompany reconciliation issues and ensure standardized reporting.
- Liaise directly with external auditors, tax specialists, and corporate secretaries to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and upgrade of financial consolidation software and internal control systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or ACCA are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in financial consolidation and group reporting, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS / IFRS).
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced financial consolidation tools (e.g., Hyperion, Cognos, or BPC).
- Exceptional MS Excel capabilities (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with diverse regional teams.
