Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle month-end and year-end group consolidation process for entities across 6 countries.
- Ensure accurate accounting and timely reconciliation of intercompany transactions to maintain data integrity.
- Manage multi-currency financial reporting and evaluate the impact of foreign exchange movements on group financials.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to standardize reporting practices and ensure adherence to Group accounting policies.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports for senior leadership review.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth annual audits.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline consolidation workflows and improve reporting efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, or CPA.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting, with a strong focus on consolidation.
- Proven track record of managing multi-currency accounts and intercompany transactions.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and local statutory accounting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Exceptional analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, and multicultural team environment.
