Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain consolidated financial statements for the Suzuki group
- Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with PSAK standards
- Coordinate with subsidiaries to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure all reports align with internal policies and external tax regulations
- Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Participate in internal audits and regulatory compliance reviews
- Develop and implement financial consolidation processes and controls
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and tax legislation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial consolidation and reporting
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Certification (CPA, ACCA) or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization
