- Coordinate construction schedules and timelines to ensure timely project delivery
- Manage and allocate resources including labor, materials, and equipment efficiently
- Oversee daily site operations and monitor progress against project milestones
- Act as primary liaison between contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, budgets, and reports
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies for necessary permits and inspections
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction coordination or project management
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with healthcare facility construction preferred
