Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential and commercial construction projects
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and bid documents to determine project requirements
- Quantify material, labor, and equipment costs using industry-standard estimation software
- Develop comprehensive project budgets and cost control plans
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors for accurate cost forecasting
- Prepare bid proposals and negotiate pricing with suppliers and contractors
- Monitor project expenditures and report on budget variances
- Update cost databases and historical pricing information
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost estimation
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinEst, CostX, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of local construction materials, labor rates, and regulations
- Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
- Experience with tender preparation and contract analysis
- Professional certification (e.g., AACE CCE or RICS) preferred
