In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical execution of RC and GIW works within our MRT tunnel projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, site supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and coordinate RC and GIW construction activities for MRT tunnel projects in alignment with project schedules and specifications
- Prepare and review technical submittals, method statements, and construction drawings to ensure compliance with design requirements
- Monitor site progress, quality, and safety standards, implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and maintain effective communication
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify workmanship meets industry standards and project quality criteria
- Prepare progress reports, cost forecasts, and documentation for project management review
- Implement and enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and procedures on-site
- Optimize construction processes and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related discipline from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in RC construction and ground improvement works
- Previous exposure to MRT, LRT, or underground infrastructure projects is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other construction management software
- Familiarity with Singapore's building codes, regulations, and BCA/PUB requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management
- Possession of relevant safety certifications (e.g., CSOC, Bizsafe) will be prioritized
