Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of all construction equipment, including procurement, deployment, and decommissioning.
- Develop and implement robust preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure 100% operational readiness.
- Supervise a technical team to perform on-site repairs and routine maintenance across various project locations.
- Oversee equipment inventory, track asset utilization rates, and provide detailed reports on fleet performance.
- Ensure full compliance with national safety regulations and internal site-specific health and safety protocols.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, spare parts suppliers, and third-party repair workshops.
- Optimize fleet logistics to ensure the right equipment is available at the right site at the right time.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy equipment management, construction logistics, or fleet operations.
- Strong knowledge of construction equipment maintenance protocols (e.g., excavators, cranes, dump trucks, compactors).
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage multi-disciplinary technical teams.
- High proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to equipment troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills.
- Valid professional license is highly preferred but not required.
