Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct accurate material and labor take-offs using blueprints and technical drawings.
- Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates and project proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to verify material availability and pricing.
- Analyze project requirements and identify potential risks to mitigate budget overruns.
- Review and verify change orders and variations to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain and update the company’s estimating database and software.
- Ensure all estimates comply with local regulations and company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as a Construction Estimator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in estimation software such as Bluebeam, Sage, or Procore.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and team interaction.
- Relevant degree or certification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
