As an Estimator, you will bridge the gap between technical engineering and financial management. You will interact with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure that our projects remain within budget while meeting quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed cost analysis and prepare comprehensive estimates for new and ongoing construction projects.
- Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to accurately determine material and labor requirements.
- Review and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to clarify project scopes and resolve estimation discrepancies.
- Maintain and update the company's cost database with current market rates and material pricing trends.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and risks within the estimation process.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations regarding project budgets for stakeholders and senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years minimum) in construction estimating, cost control, or quantity surveying.
- Strong proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to draft clear technical documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in numerical data.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team.
