Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze architectural drawings and technical blueprints to determine project requirements and material specifications.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment required for construction projects.
- Monitor project budgets and track actual costs against estimates to identify variances and implement corrective measures.
- Conduct market research to obtain current pricing data for construction materials and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve technical queries and optimize estimates.
- Review tender documents and bid proposals to ensure competitive and realistic pricing strategies.
- Prepare regular progress reports and financial summaries for internal stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction estimating, cost analysis, or quantity surveying.
- Proficient in using estimation software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, construction standards, and industry regulations in the Philippines.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams.
