Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed and accurate quantity take-offs for all construction components based on architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and overheads, for various commercial construction projects.
- Analyze project requirements, scopes of work, and identify potential risks or discrepancies to ensure precise budgeting.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to develop cost-effective solutions and maintain project feasibility.
- Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and adherence to project specifications.
- Maintain and update a robust database of construction costs, material prices, and labor rates to enhance estimating accuracy.
- Develop and present detailed budget proposals, cost breakdowns, and value engineering options to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Construction Estimator or Quantity Surveyor, with a strong focus on commercial building projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, AutoCAD, Revit) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, labor costs, and relevant local building codes and regulations in the Philippines.
- Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand complex architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various project stakeholders.
