We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in construction estimation to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), conducting detailed take-offs, performing cost estimations, and analyzing material requirements. Your expertise will ensure that our projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for villa projects
- Perform detailed take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings
- Conduct comprehensive cost estimations for materials, labor, and equipment
- Analyze material requirements and recommend cost-effective alternatives
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure estimations align with project timelines and budgets
- Review and analyze subcontractor bids and proposals
- Maintain and update cost databases and historical data for future reference
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and bid proposals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Construction Estimator or Quantity Surveyor
- Proficiency in construction estimation software (WinQS, CostX, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Expert knowledge of construction materials, methods, and market rates
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English preferred
