Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze architectural blueprints, drawings, and specifications to accurately determine project scope and requirements.
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and material analysis to estimate project costs effectively.
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and bids for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Negotiate pricing with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to secure the best possible rates.
- Monitor project budgets throughout the construction lifecycle and report variances to project managers.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to develop project schedules and strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, local building codes, and material price fluctuations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in construction estimating, quantity surveying, or cost engineering.
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, Sage 300 Construction) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and local building codes in the Philippines.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting to US-based stakeholders.
