Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities across multiple project sites
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Manage crew scheduling, task assignments, and performance evaluations
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports
- Train and mentor junior staff on technical skills and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision or foreman roles
- Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Certification in construction safety (e.g., OSHA equivalent)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Proficiency in project management software and documentation tools
- Physical ability to work on construction sites in varying conditions
