Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily site operations including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
- Supervise contractors and workers to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and implement corrective actions when needed
- Manage budget controls and cost reporting to maintain financial alignment
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders including clients, engineers, and subcontractors
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for project management review
- Resolve on-site technical issues and coordinate maintenance activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site coordination or supervision role
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and construction blueprints
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and safety regulations (OSHA/CDM)
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Advanced problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Experience with project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Certification in project management or construction safety is highly desirable
