Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones
- Implement rigorous quality control measures and safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of construction experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record managing large-scale commercial/residential construction projects
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Expertise in project management methodologies (PMP certification preferred)
- Advanced financial management skills including budgeting and cost control
