The City Government of Silay is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Construction & Maintenance Foreman to oversee public works projects and maintenance operations within the Bicol region. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between administrative planning and on-site execution, ensuring that all city infrastructure projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews and maintenance staff at various job sites.
- Ensure all construction projects strictly adhere to blueprints, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain high standards of quality control.
- Manage the effective deployment of equipment, materials, and labor to minimize waste and project delays.
- Draft daily progress reports and provide status updates to the Engineering Department.
- Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance tasks for existing city-owned buildings and public facilities.
- Resolve on-site conflicts and address technical challenges to keep projects on schedule.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in Civil Works or Construction Technology is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision or field maintenance management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction materials, heavy equipment operation, and safety standards (OSHA/local equivalent).
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering plans, architectural drawings, and technical specifications.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in challenging environments.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions.
- Professional conduct and experience working within a government or municipal framework is a plus.
