Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all phases of the construction project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closeout.
- Manage project budgets, financial forecasting, and cost control measures to ensure profitability.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and local building codes to maintain a zero-accident environment.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and implement project schedules and milestones using construction management software.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the construction team to maximize productivity and morale.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Professional License (e.g., PRC) as a Civil Engineer is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial or residential projects.
- Strong proficiency in project management software and construction documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
