- Document daily construction site activities, progress reports, and incident logs
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for operational alignment
- Assist in preparing project schedules and monitoring milestone achievements
- Perform basic engineering calculations and review technical specifications
- Support quality control inspections and safety compliance monitoring
- Manage project documentation including permits, drawings, and correspondence
- Participate in site meetings and prepare meeting minutes
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Basic knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and safety protocols
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction documentation software
