Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end construction projects across Civil Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines
- Ensure project milestones are met within the specified timeline and budget
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards on construction sites
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Manage construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
- Resolve technical issues and address construction challenges
- Prepare and submit project documentation, including progress reports and change orders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction management
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, CIOB) is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Johor
- Experience with project management software and tools
