Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage and supervise on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain productivity and safety.
- Develop detailed project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress against milestones.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce quality control, identify issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate seamless communication between architects, engineers, designers, and clients to align project goals.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in construction management, ideally in hospitality, commercial, or creative studio projects.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, with strong financial acumen.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations, safety standards, and permitting processes.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating diverse teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and familiarity with AutoCAD.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
