Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end construction projects, ensuring alignment with project scope and site requirements.
- Monitor site progress, quality control, and schedule adherence to ensure milestones are met.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to streamline workflows.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols across all construction sites.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and resource allocation to prevent overruns.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Resolve site-related technical issues promptly to avoid project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in industrial or large-scale construction management.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- In-depth knowledge of local construction regulations, safety standards, and building codes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse onsite teams and subcontractors.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) and documentation tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
