Join MIESCOR as a Construction Manager and lead transformative building projects in Metro Manila. You'll spearhead the entire construction lifecycle, from initial planning and resource allocation to execution, monitoring, and final delivery. This pivotal role requires strategic oversight of project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring full compliance with safety regulations and environmental protocols. You'll collaborate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve challenges proactively and maintain alignment with project objectives. - Oversee entire construction lifecycle from planning to project handover
- Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules and resource allocation plans
- Monitor construction progress, quality standards, and budget adherence
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
- Resolve technical issues and mitigate project risks proactively
- Manage project documentation including permits, reports, and compliance records
- Lead site teams and foster collaborative stakeholder relationships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive construction management experience
- Proven track record of delivering complex building projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and technologies
- Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera)
- Valid PRC license as Civil Engineer is highly preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project demands
