Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and direct construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met
- Manage construction crews and subcontractors to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule and within budget
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders and management
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
