Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project management for commercial, hotel, and healthcare construction developments
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Manage project budgets, cost controls, and procurement processes
- Resolve technical issues and mitigate construction risks proactively
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting to stakeholders
- Drive sustainable construction practices and innovation in project delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, or Interior Design
- Minimum 5 years of construction management experience in commercial/hotel/healthcare sectors
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards
- Advanced proficiency in project management software and BIM tools
- Certification in construction management (PMP, CIOB) preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
