Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to final delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Supervise on-site operations, including subcontractors, laborers, and vendors, to ensure high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
- Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and cost control measures to optimize profitability.
- Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met and any changes are properly documented.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and financial status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in construction management, preferably in residential or commercial development.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and local building codes.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) and basic accounting software.
- Certification such as PMP or PMI is a strong plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
