Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for landed housing projects to ensure quality and safety.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones are met on time.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance, providing regular reports to management.
- Ensure strict compliance with local government regulations and Indonesian building standards (SNI).
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards.
- Liaise with government authorities and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project approvals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction management, specifically in landed housing projects.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Valid Indonesian driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
