Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire construction lifecycle of LTA MRT stations and tunnelling works, ensuring alignment with project plans.
- Manage site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Ensure strict adherence to LTA guidelines, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Liaise effectively with LTA authorities, project consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and logistical issues.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost reports, and progress reports for stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of safety and discipline on site, conducting regular safety briefings and inspections.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant Degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in MRT and Tunnelling projects.
- Experience working as a Main Contractor (A1 Class) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's LTA Tendering and Regulatory Framework.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) or Managerial Competency Certificate (MCC).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
