Tanggung Jawab
- Lead planning and execution of mechanical/electrical construction activities across multiple project sites
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Monitor construction progress, budgets, and timelines while maintaining strict quality standards
- Implement safety protocols and compliance with local regulations and industry best practices
- Resolve technical issues and conflicts during construction phases with innovative solutions
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including schedules, reports, and compliance records
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to address project requirements and modifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management
- Minimum 7 years of experience in MEP construction management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, BIM tools)
- Certification in PMP or equivalent project management qualification preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels
