Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire construction process for MRT and building projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards
- Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols to maintain accident-free work sites
- Manage project budgets, resources, and procurement to ensure cost-effective operations
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control measures to maintain construction excellence
- Resolve technical issues and construction challenges proactively
- Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders and senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in construction management, with specific experience in MRT or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Professional certification such as PMP, CIOB, or equivalent is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with proven ability to coordinate large teams
- Deep understanding of Singapore's construction regulations and building codes
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
