Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily construction activities and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within financial limits.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and government officials to resolve on-site issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, material inventories, and necessary documentation to upper management.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective actions.
- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the REE (Renewable Energy/Engineering) sector.
- Proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes, construction laws, and safety regulations.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant certifications are highly preferred.
- Proficiency in construction software and project management tools.
